(More customer reviews)Worst purchase I have made. Bought the bike in Jan 2011. Used it for about 2 months. the spindle assembly broke. I contacted warranty support about 8 times so far and still have no idea of when it will be fixed. Stated that it is a clear product defect however I get a different answer every time I talk to someone on when it will be fixed. Now I hear that they are getting the parts from the manufacture in China. Seem to indicate that parts are backlogged several months. Worse experience i have had with a company and a warranty. Suppose to have been a lifetime warranty. I will never buy a product from this company again and would highly recommend that you buy another indoor cycle.
