(More customer reviews)Sorry I know this is supposed to be a review of the item, but I want my complaint heard by anyone that might buy it. The hat itself is great, if you buy it at the store. New Era hats have large bills and a tall crown, but as long as you don't have a tiny head it will look fine. My complaint was that they shipped me this hat in a dvd box. Seriously. The hat was completely flattened, leaving two huge creases on either side of the logo. Ruined hat if you ask me, and will be returning immediately. You're probably better off buy this item in a hat store and spend the extra few dollars, at least they will have treated it right up to that point.

Diamondback Trace Pro Dual Sport Bike (2011 Model, 700c Wheels) Review

(More customer reviews)While priced at only $595.00 for the 18 inch frame, this bike came with a lot of high end components. The performance and comfort are great on all types of roads. The hydraulic fork lock-out feature with adjustable settings is a great feature, as is the rapid-fire shifters. I ran into a problem however when I was replacing the tires with winter tires. I found I had to remove the rear disc brake assembly in order to remove and install the rear wheel because of a clearance issue. This will be a problem on the road if you get a flat and don't have a wrench. Also be sure to go through the brake and shifting adjustments, as these were way off from the factory.

Diamondback Bigfoot Pedals Review

(More customer reviews)If you have wide feet, these pedals are probably what you are looking for. I was worried that they might be too big and bulky, but they aren't. My feet are pretty wide, and these pedals seem to be just right. The pins really do hold your shoes in place too. And they're inexpensive. The only con I can think of is they seem pretty heavy, but really, if you're looking at this type of pedal, what's a few grams here and there.
Install was easy (they're pedals). There were even instructions on the packaging, which was nice. The instructions did refer to one pedal having an "R" on it somewhere, and the other an "L". I didn't see these letters on them anywhere, but I could tell by looking at the threads which was which. It was good of them to include instructions, so that people know which one is reverse threaded.
In all, a very nice platform pedal, especially for the price.

(More customer reviews)Amazon has a serious quality issue lately with product descriptions. Bought this Diamondback wheel for a Diamondback joker BMX bike. It doesn't fit. The axle is 3/8" and a diamondback joker has 14mm axles which is a significantly larger diameter. Why doesn't Amazon list the size of the axle of these rims since it is so important. Unbelievable. Amazon would save of ton of money on shipping returns if they only listed accurate product descriptions.

Diamondback Tess 24 Jr Girls' Mountain Bike (24-Inch Wheels) Review

(More customer reviews)I got this bike for my 9 year old daughter on her birthday. This was really important to us: she's right between the 20" inch and 24" sizes and a lot of the 24" bikes we tried out were a bit too big for her, the 20" ones seemed like she'd only get to ride for the summer before she out gre them. This bike fit perfectly, seat lowered all the way down and she'll be able to grow with it and use it for a long time. This is her first mountain bike, we were looking for quality and value, and I believe this bike has both. The components are all shimano, the seat is very comfortable (according to her) and the bike is sturdy. It's a bit heavy but it's standard for steel frames in this price range. Plus, she won't be doing any jumping just yet. We've been on a few rides already and the bike has managed well. The shifters do their job well. As on ALL new bikes, the cables will loosen in the first couple of months so the derailers will require a bit of tuning, this is normal and should not be cause of concern as I've read in some reviews. Also, I've read reviews on other sites criticizing the fork but the truth is that on a kids bike, this fork is pretty sturdy and has enough resistance and travel. Unless your kid is competing and requires a more specialized bike, this is a great introductory bike. I bought this at sports authority, so they assembled it for me (store policy) but if you buy here, assembly is really a breeze. Basically you have to put the wheels on, the pedals on, turn the handle bar and thighten the brakes. The hardest part is taking all the cardboard out!
We did a lot of research, tried tons of bikes and I think really found great value in this one. Not that it matters a ton but the bike looks great too, definately way better put together than those cheap ones at walmart (and I shop at walmart). Definately would recommend to others.
