(More customer reviews)allthough packaging was good, it looks like the handlebars were stocked or handled carelessly which caused a paint chip. I took the Diamondback sticker that was on it and placed it over the chip. As far as manufacturing quality I give it 2 stars because the bars where not welded on striaght. These bars should have been welded together using a jig so they are welded striaght every time. So either the jig is off or the person welding the bars in the jig was careless.
