Okay, call me stupid but I decided to keep the bike anyway even though it was - and still is - misrepresented on Amazon. It comes in a box partially assembled. I unboxed and started to assemble it, only to find pieces were missing. There was no front cam axle to attach the wheel to the bike. There was no tool kit, that the Diamondback site claims is included. There are no assembly instructions, only an owner's guide. And there's no direct support on their website. They say to contact a local dealer, but of course they will charge for the missing parts.
In short, this sucks in every way it is possible to suck.
